well, I wrote a long message, but substack erased it when I clicked somewhere. I do not think I will continue to use it. In any case, synthetically. Antiarabism is nonsense, Arabs are all people speaking Arabic, basically, or one of its variants. There is no common ideology, it is not a monolithic group. The problem is the most extreme forms of Islam, intolerant, aggressive, expansionistic. Those that Iran has been pushing for more than 40 years, with its proxies in Gaza, Lebanon, Iran, Syria. Iran and its proxies are the main source of instability in the Middle East, and elsewhere (Iran has supported and financed International terrorism, and infiltrated universities and cultural institution in the USA and worldwide). This kind of Islam is expansionistic, just like Russian imperialism, but apparently your worries refer only to the USA (true that with Trump everything can happen), the USA doesn't need to finance terrorism, indeed in the last decades often terrorism has had a clear Islamic background. Isn't it funny that Islam, a religion that spread aggressively and with violence in the 7th Century and later in North Africa, Europe, Middle East, parts of Asia, now whines as a victim of colonialism?
