With some shame, I admit that only recently I found Rameau after it was suggested to me by Proust.
This is Kurditskaya’s Piano version of the Gavotte with its six variations from Rameau’s Suite in La Minor originally written and performed in Harpsichord and here played on the piano.
If you need a 7 minute, 29 seconds break or simply to reacquaint yourself with the expressions of the sublime, I strongly encourage you to pour yourself a cup of coffee, take a seat preferably on an arm chair and listen. Who knows… it could be the start of a something wonderful.
